INCOE® Introduces CSR Series Single Nozzles for Cold Sprue Applications

Troy MI, USA- INCOE® Corporation has developed a new CSR replacement single nozzle specifically designed for cold sprue applications. The CSR is a smart choice for replacing worn or outdated cold sprue nozzles in existing injection molds with 1” max bores. Replaceable end caps are supplied with extra stock, providing the flexibility for machining to any exact dimension as required to fit each application.

The proven integrated heater design, used on the DF Gold series of hot runner systems, incorporates two separate heating circuits providing uninterrupted production and reliability. In the event of a single heater circuit failure, the second heater automatically provides continuous heating. For superior thermal performance, the heating element is profiled along the nozzle body to apply heat exactly where needed for optimal thermal control and repeatable material processing.

The new INCOE® CSR series of single nozzles are available in five standard lengths and recommended for small to medium sized molding applications of commodity grade resin parts only.
