DF 3 Micro Hot Runner System

Troy, MI USA The DF3 Hot Runner System from INCOE® requires very little space in the mold thus simplifying gate location. Precise temperatures are maintained from the proprietary heater supplied on all INCOE systems allowing for difficult resins to be processed, a condition required for many small precision molded parts.  The use of a circular manifold and individual nozzles, for multiple gating requirements, provides individual temperature control at each gate as well as symmetrical part cooling and high cavity strength.
