Troy, MI USA- Unitized Hydraulic Hot Runner System The complexity and more importantly the construction of valve gate hot runner systems; be they pneumatic or hydraulic, up to now have been packaged in what the industry refers to as an injection half. Mainly this is a request from the mold manufacturers who use the expertise of the hot runner supplier to provide a complete working assembly. Conventional injection half hot runner systems require the assembly to be mounted within retainer plates. INCOE Corporation has designed a “unitized” hot runner concept, which captures all the requirements, including those of valve gate systems without the added plates. All unitized systems are drop-in and fully assembled, thereby reducing time in final mold assembly. All functions of the systems can be “bench tested” at the factory prior to shipment, providing our customers the confidence of successful operation before installation.
