Multi-Tip DMT Hot Runner

Troy, MI USA - The new DMT Multi-Tip from INCOE® is based on the proven Direct-Flo™ principle of the shortest and straightest material flow path from the molding machine to the cavity. This design provides a minimum of stress thus reducing pressure loss, and shearing of the melt as well as providing the optimum conditions for rapid color change

DMT gate boring detail requires minimum space, therefore steel sections of the mold can be robust, and part cooling design can be flexible.

The new INCOE® DMT Multi-Tip can be used for single nozzle or manifold applications; with 2 to 6 gates available on each nozzle making this a costs saving solution for multiple cavity applications.
