INCOE Top Workplace

Auburn Hills, MI, USA – INCOE Corporation USA was awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by the Detroit Free Press over the weekend. This is the third consecutive year that INCOE has received the award.

The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“This award is very significant for us this year,” said Eric J. Seres Jr., President and CEO of INCOE Corporation USA. “Having just moved into our new global headquarters facility in Auburn Hills and the employee amenities that it offers, to again receive a Top Workplaces designation this year demonstrates the enthusiasm within our workforce. That enthusiasm directly translates to our employees’ passion for the success and satisfaction of our customers.”

“We love being able to get direct employee feedback from the Energage survey so we can keep improving the work culture inside INCOE,” said Tim Chisholm, Global Executive Director of Human Resources. “Also, since the labor market has become very tight recently, being named a Top Workplace three years in a row really gives us an edge when trying to draw the best candidates for all the open positions we have right now.”
