INCOE Top Workplace

Troy, MI, USA – On Sunday, the Detroit Free Press included INCOE Corporation USA among the State of Michigan’s Top Workplaces for 2017. This is the second consecutive year that INCOE has received the award.

Annually, the Detroit Free Press partners with Energage to recognize the most desirable places to work in Michigan. The Top Workplaces list is based purely on employee opinion surveys conducted by Energage of Exton, Pa., formerly known as Workplace Dynamics, a leading research firm specializing in organizational health and workplace improvement. Energage has surveyed over 7,000 organizations in the last year.

“I am personally very thankful to be leading an organization that has received this distinction two years in a row,” said INCOE Corporation’s President and CEO Eric J. Seres Jr. “While the ultimate goal is customer service, we try to achieve that by providing the right environment for our employees so they can do what they do best. And as I said at the Groundbreaking ceremony last week for our new global headquarters, we wouldn’t be here right now if wasn’t for our employees.”

“To receive the Top Workplaces award for a second year really reinforces that we’re going in the right direction with our employee programs and benefits,” said Tim Chisholm, Global Director of Human Resources. “These awards are more fuel to keep encouraging us to look for new ways to find and retain the top talent we have at INCOE. As we get ready to relocate to our new global headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan, this gives us a great opportunity to experiment with new employee programs, for example flexible starting times, to make the transition as seamless as possible.”
