Sequentially controlled valve gated systems offer a proven method to achieve superior part quality by selectable placement of weld lines, especially in large part molding applications. The SoftGate® system is an enhanced feature that precisely controls the opening phase of the actuated valve pin. This allows for the “gentle” flow of plastic into the cavity eliminating blemishes that can occur with uncontrolled plastic flow.

SoftGate can retrofit onto your current INCOE valve gate system
Your existing INCOE valve gate hot runner system can be retrofitted with SoftGate so that you can easily take advantage of the performance benefits. Components consist of a flow control module for adjustment of pin opening, valve pin position monitor, and a timer to display pin open time.

Nozzle Ranges
Direct-Flo Gold valve gate nozzles sized DF12, DF18 and DF25 are compatible for use with the SoftGate control system.

Valve Gate Shot Weight Ranges
Three nozzle sizes process from 140g up to 5900g shot weights depending on material type and viscosity.
