Top 100 Workplaces: INCOE Corporation
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Top 100 Workplaces: INCOE Corporation.
Troy, MI, USA – On Sunday, the Detroit Free Press named INCOE Corporation among the State of Michigan’s Top 100 Workplaces for 2016.
Annually, the Detroit Free Press partners with WorkplaceDynamics LLC to recognize the very best organizations in Michigan. The Top Workplaces list is based purely on employee opinion surveys conducted by WorkplaceDynamics of Exton, PA, a leading research firm specializing in organizational health and workplace improvement. More than 4,000 organizations nationwide participate in the survey each year.
Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics, described their approach: “To pick the Top Workplaces, WorkplaceDynamics went straight to the experts – the employees.” He added that employees in top workplaces share “a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together."
"We are very thankful to be chosen by the Detroit Free Press as a Top 100 Workplace,” said INCOE Corporation’s President and CEO Eric Seres. “We’ve always held the belief that a strong employee / employer relationship is fundamental to our success, together. Our commitment to our employees is reflected in their commitment to our customers’ success and satisfaction.” He added, “When everyone is committed and focused and pulling in the same direction, there is no hurdle or achievement that can’t be reached."
"Not just here in Troy, but at our other INCOE units worldwide as well, we are constantly trying to make INCOE an even better place to work with professional development programs and additional benefits,” said Tim Chisholm, Global Director of Human Resources. “We try to create an environment where ingenuity and creativity are center – not only to solve our customers’ challenges, but also to constantly improve our products and processes. This award validates that the employee programs and policies that we have in place are in line with some of the best companies in Michigan.”
